iLOK® Cartridges

iLOK® cartridge series offer users convenience for manual assembly, enabling flexible sample loading method: solid load and direct liquid injection.

iLOK® cartridges are offered in two formats: iLOK® pre-packed cartridge and iLOK® empty solid load cartridge. iLOK® pre-packed cartridges are produced with proprietary dry packing technique for higher resolution and reproducibility. They feature patent design with standard Luer-Lok end fittings for quick, easy connection to commercially available flash systems on the market. 

iLOK® are fully pre-packed and iLOK® SL are pre-packed with 15% free space. 

Silica options:

Ultra-pure, high quality silica gel (40-63µm, 60A°)
High efficiency 25 µm, 50 Å, 700 m2/g or 20-45 µm,  70 Å , 500 m2/g
Various bonded phases available​

iLOK® cartridges are available from 4 gram up to 330 gram column size allowing purification from 10 milligram up to 33 grams. They offer users convenience for manual assembly, allowing for a flexible sample loading method: solid load and direct liquid injection.  

Available cartridge sizes: 4g, 12g, 25g, 40g, 80g, 120g, 220g, 330g.

A set of tools is available for 4-330g iLOK and iLOK SL cartridges to open the cap.
The tool kit includes a vise and 2 tools, you can clamp the cartridge by vise then open the cap using the tool.
